Lessons cover healthcare, visiting people, clothing, sightseeing, entertainment, sports, transport, daily life in Vietnam, major cities, and study. Units include warm-ups, discussion prompts, practical information, vocabulary and grammar, reading comprehension, listening, speaking, writing practice, and homework.
The main strength is its mix of language work and cultural context, so you practice through situations you may meet in Vietnam. It suits classroom study especially well. If you study alone, the discussion tasks are harder to use fully, and there is no published CEFR level. Some editions include a CD, so check the copy before buying if audio matters to you.
