Alfie's Angels is a paid Vietnamese-English dual-language picture book from Mantra Lingua. It is aimed at children around 5 to 8 and works best for families, heritage learners, and beginners who want very simple reading practice with lots of picture support.

The story follows Alfie, a boy who wants to be an angel in a school show. The Vietnamese and English text appear together, so you can use the English to check meaning while building confidence with basic Vietnamese reading. What it does well is make reading feel approachable. The theme of individuality gives you something real to talk about instead of isolated vocabulary.
