Sunita’s Special Day is a bilingual English-Vietnamese picture book from Mantra Lingua for children ages 3 to 6. It follows Sunita as she learns about Halloween at school and then celebrates at home with a party. If you want a simple story to share with a young learner, this is aimed more at family reading time than at formal language study.

The main value here is easy exposure to Vietnamese through a short, familiar children's story. You get parallel language support, clear picture-book storytelling, and a topic that gives kids useful everyday and seasonal words. Mantra Lingua also lists it as PENpal enabled, so children can listen and follow along if you already use that audio pen.

What it does less well is depth. This is not a structured Vietnamese course, and it will not teach grammar or give much speaking practice. For adult learners, it is probably too basic on its own. It works best as a gentle reader for beginners, heritage families, or parents reading with children.
