Where it falls short is structure. Forvo does not teach grammar, build lessons for you, or explain when and why a word is used. Because recordings are crowdsourced, coverage is uneven. Common words are usually easy to find, while rarer words, full sentences, or specific regional pronunciations may be missing. It works best as a pronunciation reference alongside a course, dictionary, or tutor.
