Description

Thư trạm is a free, browser-based grammar reference for self-study. It combines a 42-lesson guide that starts with basic word order and moves through particles, aspect, classifiers, clause linking, and other core patterns, plus a separate dictionary of basic grammar items. It suits beginners who want an English-language overview and learners who need to look up a troublesome word or particle.

You can read the guide in order or search both sections. Lessons use short Vietnamese examples with English translations. The dictionary has 100+ entries and goes deeper into usage situations, parts of speech, definitions, related expressions, and common combinations.

This is a primer, not a full course. The site explicitly expects you to learn vocabulary elsewhere and use real Vietnamese content for acquisition. It has no exercises, quizzes, audio, pronunciation training, or conversation practice, so pair it with listening and active practice.
