Ellie's Secret Diary is a short Vietnamese-English children's book about a schoolgirl who hides that she is being bullied. Told in the first person through diary entries, it is aimed at school-age readers and works best when a parent, teacher, or other adult can discuss the story with them.

You read the story in parallel Vietnamese and English, so you can compare meaning, sentence patterns, and everyday vocabulary as the plot develops.
