Lilian Vietnamese is a free YouTube channel built around comprehensible input. It suits beginners who need speech that is easier to follow than regular native media, while two newer intermediate videos give developing learners a little more challenge.

The lessons stay mostly in Vietnamese and use slow delivery, gestures, pictures, objects, and familiar situations to make meaning clear. Topics include where you are from, ordering milk tea, facial features, daily life, a makeup bag, snacks, and Tết preparations. The numbered beginner series gives the channel some order, but it is not a complete step-by-step course.
