Description

Learn Vietnamese With Annie is a dialogue-based podcast library for learners who want Southern Vietnamese as spoken around Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. It covers the brand's complete beginner, elementary, intermediate, and advanced bands, though these are not published CEFR grades.

Each lesson starts with a short conversation, usually under a minute, followed by a longer discussion of the language in Vietnamese and English. You also get separate dialogue and vocabulary-review audio, a Vietnamese transcript with English translation, and activities such as comprehension questions, matching, sentence ordering, and listening dictation.

The library has more than 1,000 self-contained lessons, with two new releases advertised each week. This gives you plenty of choice, but it is not a fixed course with a clear lesson sequence.
