Learn Vietnamese Easy is a small YouTube channel for beginners who want Southern Vietnamese rather than the Northern accent used by many learning materials. The public videos center on basic pronunciation and numbers, with a teacher modeling sounds for you to hear and repeat.
The main pronunciation video demonstrates Vietnamese alphabet sounds, including focused practice with u, ô, and o. Another lesson teaches numbers from 0 through 20 and the tens up to 90, then finishes with a short quiz. The narrow Southern focus is useful if that is the accent you plan to use.
The main limitation is scale. The video library is very small, and the newest upload dates to April 2022. This is not a sequenced course, and watching the videos gives you no personalized correction or real conversation practice. It works better as a brief pronunciation reference than as your main study resource.
