Description
This is a free Anki deck of 1,000 basic Vietnamese words for learners who want focused vocabulary review. Each entry pairs a Vietnamese word with its English translation, grammatical information, and Northern-dialect IPA. It suits learners who are comfortable reading phonetic notation.
A distinctive extra is the inclusion of Hán Nôm or Chữ Nôm characters. This is useful if you are interested in the historical script, but the creator states that characters have not been added for every word. The deck is labeled a work in progress and was last updated in 2018.
