Description

Báo Dân Trí is a free Vietnamese news app for iOS and Android. It works best once you can already read everyday Vietnamese and want regular contact with the language through real reporting rather than lessons. You can follow Vietnamese and international news across current affairs, society, business, sports, technology, and other topics.

Articles are updated throughout the day. The app also supports spoken news, video, infographics, photo stories, and magazine-style features. Personalized content can help you follow subjects you care about, making the app useful for repeated exposure to current vocabulary and formal journalistic phrasing.

This is not a language course. There are no graded texts, vocabulary notes, grammar explanations, or practice activities, so you must choose material and look up unfamiliar words yourself. The spoken-news feature uses text-to-speech rather than recordings made for learners. It works best alongside a structured study resource.
