Báo Dân trí is a major Vietnamese online news site. It’s best for learners who already know some Vietnamese and want lots of real-world reading material to build vocabulary and reading speed.

You get a constant stream of articles across politics, society, business, sports, entertainment, health, and education, plus special formats like photo stories and long-form “Dmagazine” pieces. If you study with news, it’s great for seeing how Vietnamese is written in headlines and formal reporting.

There’s also plenty of video, and their mobile apps highlight features like “báo nói” (audio news), which can add listening practice. The downside is that it’s not structured for learning, so you’ll need your own tools for lookup and review, and the language can be dense for beginners.
